- Management is not liable for any loss of guest belongings during any function.
- In case of person less than hail rent applicable.
- Charges will be counted on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number of persons whichever is higher.
- Minimum guarantee given at the time of booking will not be reduced.
- PRO charges will be extra, if required.
- 30% Advance Payment against confirmation (non-Refundable in case of prior to the function & balance if any, strictly at the end of the function.
- Crackers are not allowed inside & in the vicinity of the Premises.
- Playing of loud music or band should be under Government Rules/Decibels.
- Drums/Dhols are not allowed inside the premises.
- Consumption of Alcohol in the Function & elsewhere within the premises is strictly, prohibited.
- Flower Decoration, Birthday Decoration, Octronorm Stalls, Di, if any, can be arranged at extra charge from our end only.
- Audio Visuals aids, if any, can be arranged at extra charge.
- Sajjan Gouth/ Panchola / Sit-Down dining arrangement will be charged @ Rs.250/- per person. 6 Round Table set arrangements @ Rs.300/- per table will be charged extra.
- Rs.5000/- per hour will be charged against of extra session.
- Police Clearance, PPL & IPRS certificate is required for musical functions/Fashion Shows/Organized Dance Events & Professional events.
- If any problem of electricity cut during the function to the premises is not responsibility.
- Specialty counter will be with main course (No Separate Plate).
- All materials/goods brought in for the function I event will be strictly at your own risk the management not will be liable for any loss/ damage.

Evening Session: 6:00pm – 11:00pm - Government taxes will be levied extra.
